They further agree NOT to 3-way call anyone into the teleclasses or allow anyone to listen to the teleclasses. Privacy Statement Your email and name are kept completely confidential and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third party. If you wish to be removed from our email lists and NOT receive further emails from us, remove yourself from the database by sending an email to us stating that you no longer wish to receive e-mail from our company. We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases and Web site. Refunds and Return Policy Products : For merchandise shipped directly from TNT Books / Thomas Michael Murasso Enterprises Inc. you may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Teleclasses : Once a teleclass has started, there will be no refunds issued. A request for a refund may be requested by email 2 business days PRIOR to the first day of a teleclass. Participants will be refunded the cost of the teleclass LESS 10% handling and cost of any materials. Workshops/Seminars : Registrations for workshops are transferable as credit to future workshops, but not refundable.
